Text Box: UPDATE ON HOUSE RESOLUTION 669 Your voices were all heard loud and clear by the House Subcommittee on Insular Affairs, Oceans and Wildlife! It was decided that HR 669 needed serious review. The battle was won but the war is not over. Many organizations will be keeping a close watch for the next round of “revisions” to HR 669. Our monthly meetings begin at 2 PM with a business meeting.  Speakers’ presentations usually begin at 3 PM.

June 28th - Club member Donna Bare will be leading a toy-making session. This will be an opportunity not only to make some cute and creative toys for your bird, but also to share stories and ideas with your fellow bird-lovers.

 

July 19th - Annual club picnic

 

August 16th - Laura Ford from the Phoenix Landing Foundation will be with us to teach us how to cook for our birds in her "Nourish to Flourish" class.
